If you have already ordered and need to cancel a day...

Here is how you edit your order to receive credit for that day. (If you are not within the 72 hour lock out period.)

 
1.    Log on and make sure you do not have anything in your "Shopping Cart".  If you have something in there, a blue "Shopping Cart" button will be located next to the "My Account" button.  If this is an order you do not wish to process, please delete it.  If you do want process this Shopping Cart order (for example, it is for another child), please do so before proceeding.

 

2.    Return to "My Account" and click “View Order History”.   Find your child’s order and slide over to the “Edit Order Details” column. Click on this and your child’s monthly menu should appear.

 

3.     Scroll down the page to the date you would like to deselect. Click the box next to the date so the date is not checked.  

 

4.     Scroll down the page and click “Add To Cart”.

 

5.     A summary page will appear. You will need to “Proceed to Check Out”.

 

6.     The next screen will say “Are you sure you want to modify the order?”

 

7.     Click “Save Changes”.

 

8.     It will say that “Your current balance is _____ credit.”
